Back to Basics: A Grammar Review

Anyone wishing to revisit the basics of English grammar. (While all are welcome, the course will not address ESL issues.)

| Overview |
The second in our summer "Back to Basics" series, this course is designed
to serve as a refresher on grammar essentials such as parts of speech,
basic rules of grammatical construction, and sentence-level issues such as
comma splices and passive voice. There will also be time in the second half
of the class for participants to ask their own grammar-related questions
and work through them with the group - so save up those tough questions and
bring them to class with you!
