Does improving your writing feel impossible? Do you lack confidence in the face of new and/or challenging writing assignments? This workshop will help you get to know your personal writing process and provide you with concrete strategies for expanding how you tackle novel writing tasks, thereby helping to change how you think about your potential as a writer. Beginning with common writing challenges, we will explore the many ways that you can develop more confidence and resilience as a writer—in academic settings and beyond—by sharing writing successes and difficulties as well as discussing tools and strategies for common stages of writing.
