This drop-in writing group for graduate students will meet virtually on Friday mornings. Participants will set goals in a shared Google Doc, and brief opening and closing sessions will take place over Zoom and provide opportunities for conversation and connection with other graduate students. Between 9:15 and 11:45, you are invited to write alongside others in the Zoom meeting, or you can write independently and rejoin the group at the end of the session.
To join the Friday morning drop-in writing group in a given week, please open this Google Doc. Please be sure to access this document using the G Suite account attached to your Wiscmail address and NetID. To do this, you may need to switch from your default Gmail account by clicking on the Google Account icon in the top right of any Google home screen.

Forms received by Sunday, September 12, at 11:59 p.m. CT will receive priority consideration. Forms received after this date will be considered for additional openings or for our waitlist.
We will let you know your writing group assignment by Thursday, September 16, and you’ll receive follow-up communication from your facilitator, including logistics about your meeting space(s), before your group’s first scheduled meeting.
