Although the Engage Program in the Division of Information Technology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison does not have enough staff to offer support by email or phone to colleagues outside UW-Madison, they have created an excellent support wiki for CS/CR Builder. The wiki explains the basics of the program and offers step-by-step video instructions for creating pages, inserting text and multimedia, adding connections between pages, creating questions and responses, and publishing simulations on the web.
